AI Window Manager Terms of Service

1. Provider and product
This product is provided by 王一飞 (brand: AI Window Manager). AI Window Manager is a browser extension for managing tasks and an attention queue; its main data is stored locally in your browser by default.
2. Free and V2 Pro
Free is a long-term, usable safety core. V2 Pro is a one-time license for version 2 that adds productivity features. V2 Pro is not a "lifetime membership" or "lifetime updates", and does not promise that future major versions, cloud sync, team or ongoing server/AI features will be free forever.
3. License scope
One license per person, active on up to 5 devices or browser profiles at a time, in supported Chrome and Microsoft Edge environments. You may not sell, rent, sublicense or share a personal license in bulk, except where mandatory law says otherwise.
4. Your data and downgrades
A refund, license revocation or Pro expiry only affects Pro features and never deletes your local tasks. If, after a downgrade, you have more open tasks than Free allows, existing data can still be viewed, finished, deleted and exported; only adding more open tasks is paused.
5. Payment
Payments are planned to be processed by a secure third-party payment provider such as Paddle. Purchase buttons clearly state that you are starting a purchase. Final price, currency, taxes and payment methods are as shown at checkout. Google and Microsoft are not the seller of this product.
6. Updates and major versions
We may provide fixes and improvements for V2, but V2 Pro is not a promise of free updates to all future major versions. A V3 major version or services with ongoing costs may be charged separately.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the product for illegal, fraudulent or infringing activity, to bypass security controls or to harm third-party systems. Follow the rules of your browser, the websites you use and applicable law.
8. Refunds
See the Refund Policy. Where applicable law gives consumers stronger mandatory rights, the law prevails.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided "as is". We take reasonable care of data safety and recoverability, but you should keep important backups using the export feature. No limitation excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
